CPL. Todd Love was point man on foot patrol in Afghanistan on the morning of Oct. 25, 2010, when he triggered an IED causing him to lose both his legs and ultimately his left arm. In an interview, Todd recalls that after the blast his legs were completely blown off and his fellow Marines found him 15 feet away. Still, incredibly, Todd maintained a sense of humor. When asked about his injuries he jokingly replied, "I was on the search team sweeping for mines… I guess I found them!"
